By downloading or using any of the mobile applications in the Subless Apps ecosystem or by accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Our Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our website and use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the rules of the official platforms and app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).

You agree not to engage in malicious activities such as reverse engineering, altering the code, cyber attacks, or interfering with the operation of the website or the applications.

3. Third-Party Services

Our services (website and applications) may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • Google AdMob: For displaying advertising in free versions.
  • RevenueCat: For managing in-app purchases.
  • Official Stores (Google Play Store / Apple App Store): For distribution and payments.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: For anonymous crash reporting and stability analysis.

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

4. One-Time Payment PRO Membership (No Subscriptions)

All features of our applications are unlocked and 100% usable for free. We offer the PRO mode as a voluntary payment to support the project's development. The only functional difference is the removal of ads within the application.

  • Lifetime access: By purchasing the voluntary one-time payment PRO membership, you support our work and permanently remove advertising in the current application and in all active and future applications in the Subless ecosystem.
  • Billing and Refunds: Payment is processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Refund requests are subject to the policies of those platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our tools and information are provided "as is". Subless Apps is not responsible for injuries, material losses, or data losses that may occur directly or indirectly from the use of our website or our applications. We always advise you to use common sense or consult a health professional before using our apps related to health or exercise.

6. Modifications and Severability

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
